I bought it from an Etsy seller. It was precut, but honestly it was a pain to line up. It took quite a few attempts to line up because the decal didn’t have much extra material and if you did it wrong you would not be able to tuck in the extra lip material for a decent finished look...

Awesome to know. Never had a hitch mounted rack before. How long does it take you to setup the rack from scratch? And do you have any problems with the camera /parking assist (assume you turn it off) when you have it fully loaded? Any chance you have any more pics of it? Thanks!

Is that the Xtr pro bike rack. I just ordered one of those in 2” receiver mount. Curious did you have any problems installing it? Any clearance issues when trying to open the trunk (after tilting down bike rack) and was it too close to trunk (rubbing) when flipped up? Thanks!

Looks great. So much better than the stock 18s.

Seems like there’s too much compromise with the storage of the battery as well. You lose a lot of trunk space and it’s in an awkward configuration with the raised battery in the back. Almost like the design was an afterthought.

What are you guys with the lux+ doing for roof racks? I am thinking of one but don’t want to lose my pino roof visibility. Love it for the light and don’t want it all blocked out but I would also like the ability to mount a roof cargo box to store my snowboards.

Yes. I believe that it’s the seat AC. I never had ventilation on seats prior to this car so I wondered what that noise was as well. After turning off the seat AC the sound went away.

There is but the decal shouldn’t hinder the radar performance. Atleast that’s what I’m told. It’s pretty much link a layer of tint in front. I kind of like the stealth look. We’ll see though.

Just applied matte decal to front of grill to remove the “chrome” of Lexus logo. Not 100% sure if I’ll keep it yet. What do you guys think?

Agreed. By paying for over msrp you are enabling these stealerships to continue to do what they are doing. Stop the greed.

That’s not bad considering it’s Carmax. You would do better with private sale. Remember though. These cars are depreciating assets. You’re lucky it only dropped a few k. Try doing this with a Mercedes gle, bmw x5, etc.

Where did you see that they were going for over msrp? In my neck of the woods it seems like most dealers are selling for Msrp.

Interesting. I didn’t know you could recalibrate the wheel/tire size. Is this something you can do yourself? Also does the larger tire diameter mess up any of the built in traction control / awd performance?

I’m not stuck on just Thule either. The other systems would be fine for me. Like Yakima or similar.
