Well took me over an hour to figure this out… hopefully helps someone else with same issue … I feel really dumb on this one but o well … If your ac controls won’t allow you to turn off is because you left the cooler On. Is just an easy fix Lexus ! Just tell me why I’m not able to turn it off is...

Just got called from my dealer, that the HOLD has been lifted, "you should be getting your overtrail mid July"

Currently waiting on my overtrail in south florida. Car sitting in the FLL port. Rep reach out today, mentioning there was an issue with the "covering materieals for transportation" causing paint issues because debris able to make it under the film. Apparently they are looking for a fix on this...
