When you fill up your tank - what does the car tell you the range is? I filled up for the first time yesterday - the fuel gauge on the dash first gave me 275 miles of range, then after a couple mins dropped to 264.

I hear the mileage improves as you go on - the first 1K or so sucks. I'm at 140 miles so a ways to go yet. Hills also kill the mpg in this too

What was interesting - I called the parts department at the dealer - they told me there is a sensor behind the emblem and I could not cover - but that did not seem to makes sense.
