I don't believe passengers can see the heads-up display unless they lean over and physically move closer to your line of sight. At least that's how it is in all the other heads up displays I've had in other vehicles.

Keep in mind that the "Luxury" or "Premium" trims refer more to accessories/options that the GX is equipped with than to a difference in suspension/ride. The Luxury+ trim does get the Adaptive Variable Suspension, which will improve the ride, but all the Overtrail models get the most advanced...
