As for MPG, I went to Disneyland over the weekend— around 160 miles round trip from San Diego. I had the GX in comfort mode. My average combined MPG was 17.3 according to my GX

I was looking at the Defender but bought the 550 overtrail+ instead— reliability was the major issue but I really love the Lexus having driven it the past 4 days!

BTW, cool box works great. I had it on late yesterday for 2 hours and it gets amazingly cold. Today I stored 4 waters that were at 65 degree room temperature. Drove around town running errands for most of day and even though cool box was not turned on it still felt cool

Just bought mine—there is a backup camera— in fact, when I back up there is a 360 degree camera view. Am certain it can be activated when driving— have not tried that function. Coming from a 4Runner sound system (albeit 2014) the ML system is pretty awesome but I am not a sound expert so...

Yes, I tried the massage seats. They work great— lots of settings— no HE of course 😇 As an aside, I really like the wheels on the overtrail +. The tires look very aggressive too.

Insurance is killer on the F cars. Maintenance is high too— the red Boxer requires engine out for a belt service. My DD is a 2014 4Runner—time to simplify life. Can’t wait to get my GX Overtrail!!

Newport Beach Lexus has a $25K markup. 3 other dealers I called are charging $15K over MSRP. The ones that don’t charge have long wait lists. I will likely pay the $15k on the one that is reserved for me— should have it in May/June
