😂. They know about it and don’t want the calls. The calls do go up the chain from the the Brand Engagement Center. The more thy get the harder it is for Toyota to hide their head in the sand.

I have also been steadfast from day one that Toyota/Lexus needs to be transparent and make an official statement on why the QC hold of so many units, GX and LC.
Coming clean on the potential issue and Friday updates are two totally different things...
Not sure what you are looking for. Lexus has been updating their system every Friday. Talk to your dealer or sit with them in front of the computer and look at your status first hand. . I did and saw my status change through this process. It will not explain the hold but your status will show.
Their system updates on Friday at noon. The updates will be different for each unit. It’s not a blanket update. Talk to your dealer it’s exactly what happens.
The updates have been on individual unit status not what the issue or issues might be. My personal status up dates have come on Fridays. Sometimes nothing changes from the Friday before but like today I got the update my unit arrived the port two days ago. I’m like most others I would like...

How are you finding the rear AC vents? Cooling back ok? I’m not too far from you in Tampa. I have OT+ allocation and thinking about flipping to sunroof delete and OT. So power tilt and telescoping and puddle lamps too, wow that was supposed to be OT+ only. What dealer di you use?
I’m in your same boat (no pun intended). ALL Toyota and Lexus issues filter back through their respective “Brand Engagement Centers” they will always try and redirect you to the dealership. Keep calling, it goes up the chain.
Mine did not have a port arrival of 5/17, it still has 1-2 weeks on the water arriving the port of Jacksonville. Around May 25th there was update going from 30 day hold to 56 day hold with no ETA. You need to see the computer for yourself or get screenshot. I would bet your hold is 56 days now.
I was told calendar days. I was also told the 56 days starts from the date of notice (5/17). That i do not believe. How can a hold start and the truck is still on the ship from Japan????. I’m thinking Sept after the hold/repair ends there will still be transport time from port to the dealer.
1- 800-255-3987 is Lexus National Brand Engagement center. Call and ask about QC hold and let them know your displeasure with no information. They are noting the calls if they get enough pressure they are more likely to react.
Mine was put on QC hold approx 3 days after leaving Japan. Mine is still on the water and has not arrived US port and has not been delivered. I originally had end of June delivery. Now I have a QC hold with “NO ETA.” I’ve seen this for myself on my dealers computer.
