I tend to keep my vehicles for 5 + years. The ones with a sunroof have all developed leaks over the years. In the desert SW I prefer not to have the sunroof to try to keep the interior cooler and more structural rigidity. My dermo and I are on a first name basis, so the less time I'm exposed...
So very sorry to hear about your experience. That is one of the reasons I'm waiting to be able to test drive, longer than a trip around the block of the dealership, before committing to a $80,000+ purchase. I know there are a large number of customers that put down a deposit (as I have) and...
I have been using Pro-Clip mounts and wireless chargers in work and personal vehicles for years. With the 550 being a new vehicle I'm sure it will be a bit before they will show up on their website.
I'm in the same boat as you are. I'm going to wait until I can see, and probably test drive a 550 before I make a decision. Yes I know that all the dealers have waiting list and everyone coming off the boat for the next 6 or 9 or 12 months are sold. I am in no hurry to pay for something that...
I agree it looks great. However, I have seen several youtube videos of the Sequioa TRD Pro with the factory roof rack and all the reviewers have commented on the road noise from the roof rack at highway speeds.
My local dealer is not marking up at all. During a quick search I found that the dealership in Sacramento CA is marking up $10,000 over MSRP. I'm sure some idiot will happily plunk down that much, but no way in hell am I going to pay that.
I'm also hoping the hybrid is a TT 6 cyl like the Sequia. But they really need to make the floor flat so it's usable. Not a bunch of weird levels that leave wasted space.
It looks like they took a page from the Sequia. There is that weird hump, they should have made the back completely flat instead of a weird hump and those little unusable areas around the battery.
