The only thing that bums me out is the ML sound system. I have never had a better stereo system in a vehicle in my life, but it would take a long time to amortize the additional cost to make it worth while.
Toward the end the reviewer says vehicles can be expected in the beginning of the second quarter and the vehicles are on the ship heading on over. Maybe Toyota is trying to manage expectations.
Longo is allowing reservations, but itโs a long list. I donโt think there are as many dealerships with lists in SoCal for either the GX or the Land Cruiser.
The port added stuff on my LX 600 were basic things like door film, charging wires (they came in a case), key gloves and floor mats. I thought those add ons were reasonable.
PS: I was going to make the GX 550 my first Lexus/Toyota product, but I needed a car far sooner than anticipated so I...
It also matters how the button feels. I have a '22 EQS and I just sold a '21 GLS. The '21 came with these big, wonderful buttons on the steering wheel, the doors and in the center console. They were tactile and felt premium. The '22 came with these plastic, high gloss black buttons which look...
I still want to buy either the LC or the 550, and I have to say that Longo has been so much better. I've been corresponding with an internet sales person there and they've been pretty good.
I had a similar experience at Crown Lexus just recently. The parts and service department have been pretty good, but the sales staff was awful. I bought an LX 600 there about 3 weeks ago, and it was pretty horrible. It put a serious damper on the purchase.
I seriously considered buying the 2022 Model X last year (I'm very happy I didn't as this was prior to Tesla's price cut.). The X drives really well, but I didn't like the buying experience, and I have some reservations about reliability, build quality and resale value. I didn't like the seats...
I asked a sales guy what he thought it meant, but he wasn't sure. He speculated OP is Overtrail + and OV is Overtrail, while PP is Premium Plus. I backed into the numbers listed and I think whatever it is worth around $1,350 over the MSRP.
BTW, I've been thinking about the price list, and I...
It starts at 61K and goes to 83K for the top of the line capstone trim. The issue is that trim only comes with Captains chairs which means you can't fold the rear seats down for cargo if you have a large, or extended family.
The shelf system in the back is clever, but ultimately not worth the...
I'm on a list in Southern California's Longo Lexus. I put in my deposit on September 5th and I'm number 353 for an Overtrail+. I've contacted a few of other dealerships in the area and none of them are taking deposits.
I've crawled around a few of the prototypes and I didn't notice the button. I have the "feature" on my other vehicle and it's OK when I'm buzzing around the 'burbs, but it would be annoying offroad. You can turn it off easily enough by pressing the button. The trick is remembering to do it when...
I think it's a code for the Overtrail build that goes over the Premium trim and the TW is the Tire & Wheel package that changes with the Overtrail trims, but I'm not 100% sure.
Lexus offers Bodyside molding on their other vehicles. It's the thin strip they apply to the doors that's mean to...
No idea, but that letter reads as if the builder will be up Dec 19th, and the deliveries sometime in Q1. My guess is Feb/March, but Iโm NOT an insider.
i think the ordering guide is indicative of trim and options available for each trim, but the wheels and accessories are dealer/port delivered and will probably need to be negotiated to the extent that you can given demand dynamics.
There was a video I saw somewhere with the various wheels...
If you start with the base price in the initial pricing we saw, and add in the options from the option list I shared you will arrive at these price points. So the MSRP we saw is the starting point without the options that Lexus is factory installing on their first run. You can't get an Overtrail...
