Hi,
I have been looking for about a month all over the country online for a 25 gx550 ( premium plus or luxury). I can find 24' models all day long but they are 10k over Msrp and have 3-5k miles on them.
What dealer is the best chance I can get 25 model and bypass the wait list. By that I mean large volume large allocation lists compared to smaller lex dealers.
Annnddd goo! List what ya got. I need one asap.

Nick Ensey or Ronald Hector @ Lexus of Pembroke Pines (in Ft. Lauderdale). Chambro another member has good things to say about Nick and his out of state purchase.

I have been working with Ronald, happy so far. He is very low key. He has sent me 3 or 4 vehicles to consider. Finally convinced my wife to go OT hoping not too much longer to get an allocation that works for us before minds change again.

So still wait list with allocation? How long they saying. I actually spoke with that dealer today and they didn't have anything

He started by sending me 2 or 3 Prem+ builds to look at in December. Decided to wait until '25s came out. Got a build for a Prem+ on Friday. Now that we know we want an OT, I am looking for a specific color, interior and Moon roof Delete.

If you are open to colors, and Port add ons, I suspect you will have an allocation in a matter for a week or two.

Yeah we are looking at atomic silver or Incongnito. As well as the saddle brown or dapple grey interior. A week or two would be amazing.

Seems it may be dealer discretion. When I was searching out of state, about 75% would not put me on a list, only selling local. This included dealers only a few hours from me, just across state line. I suspect this had more to do with their lengthy GX waitlist, than not wanting my business.

Pembroke was more than happy to help, but unfortunately I live in one of the few states that did not have reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida. I’d have to pay sales tax twice. Good thing I asked. If that hadn’t been the case, I’d have purchased through Pembroke.

My last two vehilce purchases have been done remotely from out of state dealers. The amount of back-and-forth for 3rd party administration, registration, titling, taxes etc. has been crazy. I can see why a dealer would say eff that if there's a hot market locally.
