Overtrail to Overtrail +: Raised a couple of questions

I already had a deposit down and an expected delivery date of mid-February for an Overtrail. I started thinking I may prefer an Overtrail+ in order to get some perks like memory seats, kick sensor for rear door, upgraded sound system, etc. my dealer called today and there is an OT+ coming in at the end of the month with the same color (Caviar) as the OT I reserved. However, in comparing the spec lists, I have a couple of questions:
1. The OT specs list a ā€œPower Moonroof with Bridge Roof Railsā€ while the OT+ lists a ā€œPower tilt-and-slide moonroof with black utility roof railsā€. What, if any, difference is there between bridge roof rails and utility roof rails?
2. The OT+ lists ā€œoutside mirrors with puddle lampsā€. What are puddle lamps?
Thanks!

Puddle lamps just a light under the mirrors helps at night donā€™t care for any moon roof Iā€™ll never use it sorry canā€™t help you there but I have a prinsu full roof rack and a 40ā€ rigid spot/flood light

If i were in your shoes, Iā€™d possibly wait for a 2025 OT. It picks up some of the features of the 2024 OT+, and they will both have a factory 1ā€ lift.

The ML sound system of the OT+ has gotten crapped on pretty hard in this forum. Are memory seats, massaging seats, and kick sensor worth $10k extra to you? Also, there are threads that the seat massagers are chronically broken

Is the OT+ coming in a ā€˜24? If so the price on that will be going up $3,140 for the ā€˜25 which gives you the 1ā€ lift, air compressor, and aux switches in addition to the ā€˜24 OT+. Depending on how you intend to use your GX it may or may not be worth the extra which is substantial and the OT for ā€˜25 is going up $3,640ā€¦the biggest jump of all the trims. Iā€™d take the ā€˜24 OT+ in a heartbeat (unless the $ is a major consideration)

This may sound odd for someone who is buying an OT version of the GX, but I really wonā€™t be doing much off-roading. And the 33ā€ tires give me all the clearance I desire. So Iā€™m fine with the ā€˜24 OT+ and donā€™t need to wait for a 1ā€ lift.. It may sound ā€œbougieā€, but the luxury add-ons for the plus package like memory seats, kick sensor, etc are actually worth it to me. Even though I will be driving it 90% of the time, I think it will make it more attractive for my wife to drive. I feel like Iā€™ll get the best of both worlds: a fun, sporty SUV with a luxury feel.

This is my plan. The only thing that had me really leaning toward the + was the memory seats, wheel, mirrors. I'll gladly get those and save a few $k (25 OT vs 24 OT+), while gaining the lift and onboard air, which I wil actually use.

Is there any reason not to add OT tires and wheels with Lux+ (or Lux)? You will get the look but with all the upgraded features like actual leather, the cool dynamic roof, included upgraded stereo, digital rear view mirror, etc.

I love the look of the OT, but my wife gave me two requirements for a new vehicle and one was a third row (the other was the 360 degree cameras). My plan is to dress it up to look more like an OT with wheels, an aftermarket rack, and eventually rock sliders. I will use it for moderate off-roading, but it will mainly tow a raft to remote put-ins.

[SNIP] It may sound ā€œbougieā€, but the luxury add-ons for the plus package like memory seats, power headrests, [SNIP].
Just as an FYI, the OT+ (and I believe any GXs) don't have power headrests. The headrests are adjustable front and back - in addition to the up and down like all trim levels - but only manually.
