Any possibility its coming from your driver side mirror? Try folding it all the way in and see if it goes away. I have high pitched "whistle" noise at that same speed you mentioned.

Yes, I tried so many different things to isolate the sound. It was passenger door behind the arm rest area. It was driving me crazy. I took it it the dealership and they heard it as well. They worked on it for 4 hours, and eventually fixed it. I think it had something to do with the door...
I tried removing the rubber gasket/blade on the underneath of the front edge, and definite reduction in wind noise. Was quite surprised at how easily it peeled off, and makes me wonder if the observed lack of adhesive at the leading edge of that rubber piece creates some of the noise.
