No hardware (or installation instructions), mudguards arrived today, but front ones appear to use existing hardware, holes line up. Super easy to install. Rear are a different story, will need to make some holes and need either plugs/screws.
Here’s some pictures of the front ones, rear will be...
Haven’t gotten them yet - reached out to dealer today as I hadn’t heard anything on the order. They have the rear ones, but front mudguards are on back order until mid-October. They’ll ship to me once all arrive, so I’ll keep you guys updated once I get them.
We'll see, I didn't see any separate hardware listed in the section on mudguards on the lexus parts website - but that should be easy enough to pick up locally if needed.
I chatted with my local dealer's parts guy on the phone about these part numbers - he said they looked like mudguards based on the description, but since they were Canadian spec they'd be special order (no returns). Another dealer online had them for much cheaper, so I ordered them and having...
Took a flier on ordering the Canadian spec mud guards since there’s very little info from anywhere. I’m assuming that Canadian and US GX550’s should be the same, so I’ll post updates when they get here
There’s definitely people trying to sell well beyond MSRP, so hopefully you can find one of these dealers to give you a good price, who knows, you may even make money!

There's a few photos on the Facebook GX550 owners group, but in Canada they appear on the "build" page on lexus website

You can probably get what you paid or even more for it if you sell it now….that way you can get something that you like if it’s that disappointing. Not worth being frustrated every time you drive the vehicle.
Anyone ordered any of these mudguards from Lexus? They are listed on my dealer’s parts site, dealer located in US but they say Canada Spec.
Just curious how easy they are installed and also if anyone knows the difference between the two rear mudguards listed in the picture. Part numbers are...
No custom orders for Lexus. I have a corporate connection that hooked me up with an OT+. Though I wanted specific color/Trim, we still had to wait for that combo be built in the factory and then they were able to reserve it and send it to the closest dealer as an extra vehicle. Even they weren’t...
I like it, handy to see speed limits and your speed without looking down. I bet it will be something that becomes standard on most luxury cars in the near future. Don’t think I’ll get a car without one moving forward.
I just installed the OCD yesterday - I thought I looked pretty good for a factory screen protector, but admittedly I didn’t take my nail to it to check if I could pop anything up off the corner of the screen. Didn’t look like anything was around the dials either. Oops, I may have 2 on there now...
They’re currently not really making any without HUD - this is per a corporate employee. Most luxury cars have them now, it’s a safety thing and probably will get more and more standard across all cars. The factory installed options are not changeable unless you want another vehicle- this one...
Is it just Apple Maps that also shows up in HUD? No google?
I haven’t been able to get Google maps to work and just wanted to check if that’s others’ experience as well
Hi from ATL - received my OT+ (Incognito with black roof) on Friday. This is my first Lexus, came from a 2022 4Runner (ORP Lunar Rock), definitely an upgrade though I loved my previous 4Runners - was in 5th Gens for the last 10 years. Been in the group for a bit, really appreciate all the info...
