I think a lot of dealers will only do a five tire rotation if you specifically ask. Not sure what others’ experiences have been? I know that my Toyota dealer did it if I asked and they didn’t charge extra. Also, dealers have the wheel lock keys there and do t need to use yours, fyi.
Would be helpful if the website showed how much it weighs with each option. Also, what happens to the shallow storage bind at the rear of the cargo area?
Does anybody know if the TSB replacement brake parts they are using will have issues with 17” rims?
Am I correct in assuming the calipers are not being replaced? Is there anybody on here who had the front brakes replaced already and also is running 17” rims? I’ve got Method 703’s on order, and...
Article just came out saying Lexus is adding a 1" lift to the 2025 Overtrails. Makes me wonder if they are putting the lift on to kill two birds with one stone (ride quality and clearance). I cannot find any other info on this, but here is the article:

My dealer and Lexus corporate is doubling down and saying it’s just that all the OT’s are stiffer for presumed overlanding payloads. I’m seriously considering putting Dobinsons on mine and am in touch with them about it. Also, you may have seen earlier in this thread that I did remove the AVS...
I have been wondering this too, as well as if there’s any space under the high center console area. There must be an AC duct/vent in the cool box so not sure how to deal with that.
Yeah I noticed that too, and was wondering what they did. If you are putting the spare on a rear carrier, then the stock muffler is low hanging fruit. It looks like they installed a smaller rear MagnaFlow muffler to get better clearance than the stock one, and then also did NYTOP's axle dump...
Man if I was a hacker I would really dial this truck in. Carista seems like a good thing to get but it will be annoying to start having to pay for it after the free trial because you know that the minute you end the trial and cancel, then you'll want to use it again.
Mine has an option to use gps to sync time and date. But mine was off yesterday. Turned it on and it worked for me. Bern up since 4am uggghhh why must we change the clocks anyways!
It will beep 8 times if you have previously opened either back door, to remind you that you might have a baby back there that you forgot about. There’s a way to turn that off, but even after that, I still find that it beeps sometimes. Assuming there is another reason, or reasons, for all the...
Seems like a logical solution to keeping shipping costs down and the connections seem pretty beefy. When you spoke to the JW folks, did you ask about a possible solution to cover up/protect the areas in front of the front tires, like Victory's bumper seems to do? This is the one thing that is...
If you hit that button on the left side of the dash, it should disable the automatic braking. It works on mine. And I think it stays off even after you restart the truck. There is a small orange icon that appears on the right side of the driver dash screen which indicates that it's disabled. But...
I do still think it could possibly be the AVS shocks, but let's just suppose that it's not the AVS shocks and it's not the brakes. I am also still thinking it could be the body/cab mounts, or the bushings that connect the sway bars. How does one check these? I assume replacing the body mounts...
I may be selling mine. About 1500 miles on them. In SC. I’m just trying to see how long the method 703’s in titanium are backordered. Was gonna call a few suppliers and see who knows how long.
Good feedback on that. I do have one map light in the t4r that is way dimmer than the other, and didn't used to be. However, it's been like that for literally years LOL. All the rest have been working perfectly for probably 13 years and over 150k miles. So, not too shabby I suppose. I am very...
It lists it as a con at the top, but within the body of the article, it states: "...lamenting the vintage vibes its traditional body-on-frame was transmitting over bumps, which too often resulted in untoward rattling and creaking". I sure do wish they would have elaborated on that!!
