We'd struggle to be able to use this set up in Aus as we need to use rated equipment when towing, and for safety, I'd like to know that if something happens, the chains will do there job catching the trailer and not break away. Those 'S' hooks are not load rated, I've bent them when using them...

I'm in Cairns and buying locally, we ordered our Sports Luxury 2 months ago, expected delivery is July, but I'm thinking that may extend out.

Is that our local in Cairns, I've been pushing them for new suspension for my 79, it's taken 3 months just to get them to order it, I ended up picking it up from them and getting Grays Mechanical to fit it, I'll now order anything else ARB through Townsville.

Well done, great representative from our wonderful Down Under :) How'd you go replacing your windscreen? I learnt with our RC that if it's covered by insurance, you have to nominate to get a factory windscreen, if you already have an aftermarket one, they will only replace it with an aftermarket.

Yeah, I've seen it down there, we've got the Sports Luxury on order, I'd love to think he gets one in early, but at this stage we're apparently waiting till June :( And for some reason we can't get the Sports Luxury with the Chateau interior only the Hazel, other than the normal colours.

Great review, we've got ours on order through Rob as well, bought our RC from Rob in the past too. Not sure of your evaluation on the temperature and mode knob and direction of movement though, clockwise has always been 'up', even back a number of years when Aussies used to make cars...

That's interesting info nopantz, would be interesting to find out what the sorting rates actually are on the GX. Sagging 3" I'm guessing would have an affect on how the vehicle handles. I won't really have the option of a weight distribution hitch with the boat due to the amount of reversing...

Thanks for that ColoradoOutdoors, that one dropped around 2". Would be good to know what the tow ball weight is of the trailers. I guess I'll find out when we get ours delivered.

Sorry can't help with this as we haven't taken delivery as yet, but I did get a smile picturing you 'talking' to the car and getting frustrated with no response... first world problems, lol, bit different to back when rear view mirrors were an optional extra :)

Well done, nice colour combo. We've ordered ours in Titanium and Hazel. Titanium I think, is similar to your Atomic Silver, but the Australian version. Unfortunately we don't have Onyx as an option for the interior, we've gone Hazel, but yet to see one to see what it looks like. Looking forward...
