Passenger seat massage not working - Overtrail+

Does anyone know the voice command to turn the massage seats on without the 10 clicks in the instrument panel? I keep trying various things and nothing has worked. Can't find online either.
Sorry can't help with this as we haven't taken delivery as yet, but I did get a smile picturing you 'talking' to the car and getting frustrated with no response... first world problems, lol, bit different to back when rear view mirrors were an optional extra :)

My OT+ passenger massage worked when demonstrated on the lot during the sales process, but stopped working within a week of purchase. Need to return to dealer for fix
I am sort of glad I'm not alone here....

Super easy repair - I didn't want to wait for the dealer.... if you want to tackle it on your own, takes 5 mins max. You just need to remove the plastic seat backing.

1) reach under and unhook the elastic hooks and flip the flap up
2) remove 2 screws that are now exposed
3) slide plastic seat backing down
4) reconnect lines that have come disconnected - I zip tied mine to secure them betterView attachment 2150

Such an awesome post to help others! I used this to fix my passenger seat on Lux+. Thank you!

One edit to the instructions…. And I’m probably the only one that needs it 😂 The “elastic straps” referred to in step 1 are the ones holding the felt/carpet down wrapping underneath the seat itself. I felt like a big dummy for trying to figure out how to unhook the elastic straps that are part of the seat back storage flap. Took me a full 20 minutes before I realized. Once that was figured out the fix took me five minutes.

Thanks again! And how silly this is happening to so many vehicles.

Massage working fine both sides since the fix after about a month. Lumbar stays inflated and goes away after 10 minutes, annoying. Dealer says it's normal lol. It's not normal.

Can you show the zip ties? I can’t see them in your picture. My Luxury + is scheduled for pick up in mid January and I want to make sure the dealer goes in and fixes this issue before I pick up. We live 3+ hours from a dealer so I want to make sure this is resolved before we take it. Thank you for posting the solution- I love this forum!
