Any opinions on buying the Tire & Wheel Protection for GX550 Overtrial Plus?

I was wondering if it's worth buying Tire & Wheel Protexction, from my experience with non-lexus, the dealer will always show a fine print that's not covered under warranty. Since this is the first time, I'm buying GX550, wondering if it's worth it?
