Is pin #4 on the 7-pin connector on an Overtrail wired with the accessory wire?

I am towing a MDC XT12HR OGE trailer with my Overtrail. For the Renogy DC to DC charger in the camper, It needs an ignition signal from the towing vehicle (when it has a smart alternator) to tell the charger to accept current from the vehicle to charge the camper's lithium battery. I have installed a separate charge cable from the GX's battery that connects to a lead on the trailer (via an Anderson Plug) to carry the charge current.

The trailer owner's manual says:

1. Anderson plug wiring must be correctly installed with appropriate fusing. (I have had this done as mentioned above)
2. Ignition trigger (from the trailer connector’s Pin 4) must be activated to enable alternator charging. For vehicles with smart alternators, the ignition trigger is mandatory for proper charging recognition.

Here's the diagram for the 7-pin connector from the camper's owner's manual.

Thanks!
So if we want to use this to power an air compressor - it's red wire to pin 4 and black to pin 1?

That red wire can't supply the current required to power an air compressor in my opinion. My compressor, which is a Thor high volume unit, has a 90 amp current rating. It has pretty thick cables that I clip to the battery terminals whenever I want to use it.

My arb is only 30amp draw

And I would still say that is way too much draw on that red wire. That wire is just a signal wire for charge controllers on trailers. It is not a charging circuit. To be safe, check with your Lexus dealer. I'd hate for you to try powering your compressor with that wire and then fry some wires or whatever. And if damage did occur, Lexus likely would be reluctant to do a warranty fix due to misuse of that wire.

There do not seem to be any other options for power then - which is a concern with a trailer as 10amps is nothing

Looking at the trailer wiring schematic, one of the pins is protected with a 40A fuse (Sub Batt) through a relay that will only power it on with the GX in aux mode either/or running. I suggest checking for voltage on the trailer connector pins and then pull the Sub Batt fuse (in passenger side FB) to confirm which pin is being fed through the 40A fuse.
