Lower the headlights

you need a long screwdriver...you will see the holes and directions imprinted into the plastic shield once you open the hood
also...it's in the manual in your glovebox or Lexus app
One tip...maybe park it against a wall next to another new or somewhat new vehicle that also has LED headlamps. Then, you can just adjust yours to match the other vehicle's height on the wall. Only thing that may differ is angle, so you still need to be at the proper distance away.
It took "awhile" to lower them down. I don't remember the exact #as I had my wife counting while I was lowering. You could also use your phone to video and count after. I marked 20ft from the garage door and a horizontal line on the garage door at 44'' with masking tape and did the adjustments just as the manual stated.

I see..., and thank you for the info. This makes me feel better as I become almost unsure if I was doing right since there was no change I could see on the height when I was turning it down. I guess I did not rotate enough then. Thanks again!
Another tip is to find a lower level (dark area) in a parking garage and measure out the 20-feet from the wall on a flat area of the garage. Then slap some tape up 44" on the wall and do your thing. This is how I always aim in my auxiliary lights. My driveway is sloped upwards so I can't do it at home.

Just to be sure, one side (left or right) has only one bolt we need to turn correct? The manual shows two bolts for one side.... seems like, but I saw only one bolt for each side!? It's confusing...... Any help from anyone? I was actually turning quite a bit, but it didn't seem to be changing the height at all. Any help from anyone? Thanks in advance!
