Very informative post. My parts just arrived for my OT+ and I was just wondering does the rear install require any drilling or making new holes for screws?

There are dimples in the rear where you have to make new holes. You can pre drill or use the screws as self tapping.

What he said, I just used the screws themselves to make the new holes where dimples were. Super easy.

After a bit of delay due to back order the mud flaps arrived today from Lexus of Akron. Will install them tomorrow and thanks again to SEVC OT+ for the info and installation instructions/pics…. I’ll post some pics when completed…

Thanks to you and SEVC OT+ for the Luxury parts reference, pics and instructions. I just got the mudguards for my Luxury and already installed the front ones today (was easy). As indicated the rear ones are a little bit more of a challenge with the need to drill a few holes in the location indicated by the little indentations. I will install them when I have more time and will post some pics. I took advantage of the black Friday deal with Bell Lexus in Scottsdale, AZ and the four of them with hardware and free shipping were $140 for OEM grade. Thanks again for the help!

Thanks for pointing out Bell Lexus, I just ordered the OEM parts today shipped for $140! Lexus of Portland quoted me $567 when I inquired with their parts department a few weeks back (!!!).
