After a bit of delay due to back order the mud flaps arrived today from Lexus of Akron. Will install them tomorrow and thanks again to SEVC OT+ for the info and installation instructions/pics…. I’ll post some pics when completed…

Thanks to you and SEVC OT+ for the Luxury parts reference, pics and instructions. I just got the mudguards for my Luxury and already installed the front ones today (was easy). As indicated the rear ones are a little bit more of a challenge with the need to drill a few holes in the location indicated by the little indentations. I will install them when I have more time and will post some pics. I took advantage of the black Friday deal with Bell Lexus in Scottsdale, AZ and the four of them with hardware and free shipping were $140 for OEM grade. Thanks again for the help!

Thanks for pointing out Bell Lexus, I just ordered the OEM parts today shipped for $140! Lexus of Portland quoted me $567 when I inquired with their parts department a few weeks back (!!!).

I finally found the time to finish installing the OEM mudguards on my Luxury. As indicated the front ones were easy. The rear ones are a little bit tricky, but the indentations really help. I used also a 90-degree drill extension (see pic) which helps drill the small holes without the need to remove the wheel using the indentations as a guide. Once those small holes done, I just used the screws themselves to expand the holes and secure the mudguards. For the hole at the bottom right which doesn't have an indentation, I went under the car and use the
90-degree drill extension to drill a small hole as well. Overall, it took me 1/2 hour to do both. Here are a few pics of the final result:

Which oem mudguards would work best on a premium?

The ones for the OT, the Luxury, or is there a specific set for a premium?

I have a Premium as well. You have to get the non-OT version, I don’t know why they only reference Luxury. That is what I bought from Bell Lexus, the one labeled Luxury. My understanding is OT has differences from the other models.

I Ordered these for my GX550 Luxury Plus and they are correct for that Model. Lexus Dealer Part Numbers below

It took a little time at first as the tires in the back were tough to work around with 2 of the screws. They look amazing and fit perfect. Lux + has the Running boards that drop down when the door is open and I checked before install and no issues.

For the fronts, there are two screws you unscrew and there is a 3rd space where there is a plastic Plug. I pulled it out and realized after a bit of time, you take a screw driver to pop the center out so you can use it again. If you do not, it won't go back into the hole and "pop" fastened.

The backs were also pretty easy except I struggled with the middle and inner most to work around the wheel. I used a screw in all three front places, but used two clips on the outer holes that are pre marked. I just pushed a nail through the plastic not too big but for the screw to catch and go in. The 2 underneath screws lined up perfectly. So 5 Screws in the back. 2 in the front and "pop plug" taken out and put back in.

I took the risk that these were correct for a NON Overtrail Model, and they were and OEM. Very Nice. I want to thank SVEC OT + for all your input and direction. I'm a bit of a novice and without your data, I wouldn't be able to figure it out. So thank you and my car thanks you.

Just ordered everything for my Premium.

THANK YOU!
