According to this article and this PDF from NHTSA, there's a new recall on some of our GX's. It's relating to a label possibly being incorrect for accessories added but apparently not deducted from the total weight rating correctly. My (now sold) rig built in Sept 2024 is affected along with 4,708 other GXs plus other Toyota and Lexus models. When I saw this initially I thought it might explain the delay for my '26 which is currently at the port but stalled, but this appears to have been resolved in Sept of '25.

So it's all NBD, except for where an open recall creates a headache for sale/registration/etc. No remedy yet, but it'll be a new label with a tiny weight difference

edit to include that mine shows up in the Lexus app, which CarMax has elected to not reset yet apparently....

Wonderful. They blame the software! Not the programmer or the software designer.

This is an increasing trend. The car crashed because the software. Imagine taking the software to court.

"under cross examination, the software broke down and blamed the human" The human in turn blamed a bug.
