So what do I do with this $1,500 roof rack?

You hardly notice it in my garage. It leans against the wall nicely behind the trash cans and coolers.

I got White Lux + back towards end of July and was thinking about getting the rack to make it look a little more rugged. I have read folks complaining about the noise and a lot of people taking them off. Just like mentioned in this thread... How bad is the noise and for you that took it off, why did you take it off? Also, does anyone know if you can take any of the bars across off from the rack? Just in case I wanted to take a couple of them off towards the front (to not block the moon roof as much)

Local dealership is going to give me a free rack but will charge to put it on.. Guessing $200 to install but just guessing if anyone has info on that.

I'm also wanting to get top wrapped black like the GX below (just picture I found online). Any opinions or advice?

I wouldn't take the rack, instead ask for a discount towards the car.

I wouldn't wrap the roof with black. The wrap will eventually hardened and crack. Good luck removing the wrap without causing any damage
