Tachometer in Heads-Up Display

FYI, there are three base gauge layouts, you can toggle them with the right arrow button on the left side of the wheel. Once you find what you like, ie dual tach and speedo or single tach in center with digital speed inside the circle (my favorite), hit the OK button in the center of the arrows buttons. This will give an opportunity to change and add display info. Use the up and down buttons to toggle different options available. Then use the left and right to move the options box and do the same. I think the return arrow saves the settings. Intuitive once you get past the first few button presses. Enjoy.

When I first bought the truck I kept screwing up my preferred display settings by accidentally hitting the arrows on the left side of the steering wheel.

This isn’t much help - but I had my dealer’s Technology Specialist investigate if, how I could set the default to regular cruise control vs. the DRCC (a real pet peeve).
We talked about OTA updates, or a dealer-only adjustment, or a combination of (one-time) button presses, or a Personalized setting, or my preferred - simply add it under the Shortcuts Screen Switch on the Multimedia screen (where related functions LTA, LDA, Driving Assist already reside).
My Tech Specialist has opened up a case number with the Lexus BEC.

Thanks for getting inquiry to Lexus on this for the group. I'm sure I would enjoy having the Tach as the default until you select the dynamic cruise control button. Then it would be nice to switch the HUD to show the lanes and such.
