I never found a dealer 'taking' an order - they basically promised you a vehicle close to what you want when it comes in as Lexus does not let even dealers specify specific builds. Focus on getting your self on a list and then every 5th and 20th the dealers are given their new allocations from Lexus. Do a basic search and find a car you want on lexus.com or go to any large car buying site and you can see every new GX in the US as lexus limits you to 500 miles away). I had my name at 3 dealers -all with deposits. I called a dealer that had the exact OT+I wanted and it was available.

Not sure but if you want an OT be prepared to wait..
I picked up an OT+ last week - there are VERY few out there - right phone call at the right time.
Nice man! I jumped on the waitlist early (April) because I knew they’d be scarce. Took delivery of my Incognito/Onyx OT a few weeks ago
