I got them in the mail today and I installed them. They DEFINITELY cost less than 5$ to make. I bet it’s 10 cents to make one letter and I paid 140$. That said it transforms the back. The chrome is kind of ugly when everything else is blacked out. So I’ll take it in the chin as it’s still worth it.

Is this really true? I wonder what the reason was for no memory seats. That’s bizzare. That said I’m the only driver in my household so doesn’t matter to me.

Right. This is not empirical data. Just a lot of anecdotal evidence. But doesn’t hurt to test out this hypothesis.

I wish they would have given the lux+ an option for rear locking differential , ekdss and the all terrain camera :)

I wonder if this happens to the OT trims as well or if it’s just the lux/prem packages with the thin profile side rails? I wanted a rack but not sure if it will compromise noise this much.

I vaguely recall that they did put out a statement on the estimated date ranges that if engines were produced in that time frame that they would be affected. The Gx550s should be well after that range.

Any chance you have pictures of the rack on the lux? Does it have different side rails? I’m trying to see how I can put racks on mine but it has the real thin side rails. Seems different than the OTs.

I have been doing a lot of local driving and I got the same as you 13.2 mpg. That said I used adaptive cruise for the first time today and it’s soooo much better than my Macan S. I even tried the lane keep feature and it was really cool (not sure I like the car in complete control though ).

Stupid question. How do you get the mpg ? I have the mpg gauge on but it seems to be getting the mpg since inception? Is there a way to get mpg per trip. Or how do you reset that counter? Sorry. Yea. I discovered this as well, but it’s not a good solution because you will be constantly adjusting the Siri volume based on your music volume. It really needs to be dynamic setting.

I believe you have to make sure you don’t also have the turn by turn on your main gauge display. If you do, then it won’t show up on the HUD.

+1. On my other vehicles the radio would auto lower in volume while you have Siri activated. Not sure how to do that on gx yet.
