My understanding is the calipers were not operating normally. Our service manager would not let up when contacting the Lexus rep. A Lexus engineer was brought in, and my car was case 1 for our dealership.

These are the only parts on the work order. I’m honestly not mechanically inclined, nor is my husband. I can say, however, that we both noticed a lot of vibration and hood flutter prior to service, and now we don’t.
