I'm interested to see how the 10-speed transmission performs in the new GX. The 10-speed in my 700hp F150 made the truck fast, but it was a bit annoying when it couldn't decide what gear to be in. The slightest input of throttle and it seemed like it wanted to shift into a different gear rather than holding the gear that it was in. It was especially shift-happy when towing. I like how the 8-speed transmissions perform in my TRX and Defender over the 10-speed cars I've driven.
