2025 Lexus GX Hybrid Model?

Do you have any predictions about whether the upcoming Lexus GX hybrid will be a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) boasting an electric range of approximately 30 miles, or just a standard hybrid? Is anyone putting off the purchase for the Hybrid version?

I'm going to guess it will be a hybrid similar to what's in the new Sequoia.

The P400 engine Land Rover Defender has been great! It fills in the torque gaps at low RPMs and helps give us an in-town average of 20+ mpg.

For the Overtrail+ model trim it would be logical if the setup is like the
2024 Lexus TX550h+ Luxury
3 5 L V6
2GR-FXS V6 engine
GR series not Dynamic Force series
(naturally aspirated not Twin Turbo)
PHEV
4WD Direct4 AWD
that will give it the best performance

Hello every member

The Engine is from the previous models and is also being used in different Toyota models with great reliability. They announced that they will combine it for the first time ever with a Hybrid setup in the highest trim of the upcoming 2024 Lexus TX550h+ PHEV Luxury. If that powerful combination is implemented in the TX550h+, then at least it should be greatly considered in power-demanding models such as the upcoming GX550 Overtrail and Overtrail+ models.
