We are having an issue with our AC. If the temp is not below 62 with the AC button on it will push out hot air. We took it in and they said it was normal but it definitely doesn’t seem normal to have hot air blowing out at 65 degrees. Is anyone having a similar issue?

I agree it’s pretty bad. We had a paint issue less than 4 months of owning. They did fix it but told us it was our fault. It’s a known issue with these cars.

Noticed same issue yesterday. Not sure if this is a winter thing because I didnt have it until it started getting cold.

Have also noticed that even on full blast it is hardly pushing that much air.

I’ve found on colder days, in the 50s if I have it set to 70 it blows really hot air to where I have to turn it down to 65 or below to keep from roasting. It’s definitely overshooting 70 degrees.

We are having the same issue. It’s in the 30’s here and we are driving with the windows down. The trucks been at the dealership since 12/2 (this time). So far their only fix is to disconnect the battery. 20mins of driving later and we were back to sauna conditions. The service manager today told me they confirmed the car was set at 68, the computer said 68, but the AC was blowing close to 100 degrees.

It’s also got system glitches which seem to be increasing. Not sure if it’s all related but the day to night time transition doesn’t always work ie the map is daytime bright at night and dark during the day. hey Lexus tells us there’s no navigation, it’s super slow almost pixelated when moving between screens/tabs. It’s almost like it’s in cascade failure. While driving long distances we occasionally have to turn the car off and start it again to get things back. Ridiculous!!
