Had my car for 1,500 miles change the oil at 1200 Mi looking for any excess metal shavings due to the problems with the Tacoma and the ls600 didn't see any small minor problems door rattling on the driver side very annoying had the text fix it they change the Latch by 5 mm and the noise is gone small little things like Hood wind noise with my rack took the rack off a wind noise is gone rides very well smooth transmission very responsive engine overall like it keep looking for problems as everybody does but we're having fun so far bye-bye

Part of the reason I'm gonna be buying 8 quarts of Toyota/Lexus oil and an oil filter and change the oil myself.
I changed my oil just prior to the 1000 mile mark, no need to keep assembly lube and initial break-in materials in the oil for 5-10K miles . Nothing of concern in the oil but I may send it off to Blackstone for their analysis.

. Change it at 1k or thereabouts. All modern vehicles use low tension rings. Break in oil is a thing of the past……and break-in period is 600 miles, so all good.

It’s been a minute since engineering school but moly steel is some of the highest grade hard shit you can get.

Moly is often used as a lubricant between metal-to-metal surfaces and TGMO has a high molybdenum content.

My numbers look very similar. Sent mine at 900 miles to Blackstone and yes, Moly came back HIGH. Maybe they include an additive in the initial oil fill during manufacturing? An interesting thing is that the engine calls for 7.7 quarts of oil and after filling with that amount, it was still at minimum level on dipstick. I poured the remaining oil to a total of 8 quarts, and it finally marked the middle of the dipstick...and yes, the engine was turned on after the oil change to allow oil to drain into the filter. By the way, the oil filter from Lexus service department is also smaller. Has anyone else encountered any of these findings?
Interesting that the molybdenum levels were high in your sample. While I assume that they are using the same oil from Lexus/Toyota, they may have used another oil which could explain the difference as moly is used in oils to reduce friction and increase fuel economy. You can get the same weight oil and effectively see higher moly content when purchasing the different versions with the same oil weight. I did not notice the extra oil capacity when changing the oil. What is the p/n of the oil filter that the dealer sold you?
The dealer also told me not to bother changing the oil early. I had my credit card out and told him I wanted to pay out of pocket for their $180-dollar oil change at my 5,000 mile service....unless he talked me out of it. He proceeded to talk me out of it.
I wouldn't necessarily take the dealer's word for it. Educate yourself and make an informed decision. I personally noticed the oil on the 1,000 mile change was dirtier than I expected, I cannot imagine what it would look like at 10K miles. Lexus also indicates that there is no require fluid/filter flush needed for the life of the transmission, but any reputable mechanic would advise otherwise.
let me talk you back into it… do it yourself for $40.
Or $50 is you want to use Toyota 0W-20 and Toyota oil filter. But your point is well taken. So much cheaper (and for some of us fun) to change your own oil.
