I have a family. having to hold my hand on the driver door handle for 3 seconds to unlock ALL the doors was major annoyance to me.

At 5000 mile service they changed to ALL doors unlocking when touching driver door handle without having to hold hand there, but the key fob still requires 2 clicks to unlock all doors

Both of those are right in the car’s settings.

Settings > vehicle customize > door control.

You can turn on two press unlock (or turn it off since that’s what you want), and you can choose under “smart access doors” whether you want all doors to unlock or driver door only to unlock when you touch the handle to unlock.
