Not our first luxury vehicle but our first Lexus. I'm curious what every one else's experience is when it comes to their satisfaction with customer service. I don't expect 5 star restaurant treatment but I'm finding communication and overall treatment to be worse at Lexus than my local Toyota where I still occasionally drop in to get parts.

Our Toyota dealership in Carlsbad is amazing. Service is excellent and parts people are helpful. The facility is large, clean and pleasant. The Lexus dealership is small cramped and understaffed and too busy with too many cars to give great service. I miss the responsiveness and service I get with Toyota. My wife drives a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid and there is never an issue with service

My dealer west side lexus picks up my car and drops it back off to me for service

Sterling McCall Lexus in Houston. Great service and communication, indoor climate controlled vehicle drop off / pickup, always plenty of loaner vehicles. I'd rather not have some rando minimum wage porter drive my truck if I can help it. Same with valets for that matter!

Bell Lexus in Scottsdale, AZ is a great experience. They have a complimentary coffee bar with pastries and other baked goods and a huge seating area with comfortable chairs, big screen tvs, magazines, etc.

Lexus of Seattle which is actually in Lynwood. We've bought several Lexus from them over the years, and have always been treated first class. They seem to have plenty of loaners, clean comfortable waiting room, coffee and pastries, and a welcoming staff.

Southwest? That's ours and maybe we keep going on off-days. The service guy we've been assigned communicates poorly.

Sewell Lexus of Dallas. Just had my first service and it was a significantly better experience than my previous Porsche and BMW. That said, Sewell is famous for their client service during vehicle service so it wasn't surprising.

My Lexus dealer just gives the wink and ‘can’t duplicate the issue.’ So far compared to my BMW and Porsche dealer - Lexus is pretty pathetic even though I love the car.

Our service in Baton Rouge has been horrible. I actually posted a 1 star review recently about them. Very disappointing.

Lexus of Concord (NorCal)

They fixed the squeaky brakes per the service bulletin which was nice. At first they wanted to charge me for 5 wheel rotation until I showed them in the manual that that was the only way they're supposed to be rotated.

When I got it back she said "we washed the truck and rotated the tires". Yes, apparently that's what they did, and in that order.
