Just got a text today from our dealership that the combination we wanted is available to us because someone backed out on it. Wasn't expecting it until next year and was hoping it would be a 2025 model.

My question is should we take the November delivery or wait for a 25 to see if Lexus has worked out the first year manufacturing issues? Do yall think there will be any changes made to the 25 model, like the second row seat handle breaking?

Well, my wife and I decided to pass on this opportunity and wait for the next one to come up. Keep our deposit in place and location in line because this wasn't our allocation. Thanks for the feedback on waiting for the 2025 model but didn't want to purchase a 24 close to the end of the year.

That is exactly why we decided to pass on this one.
I’m sad you don’t have aGX550 yet three things #1 if I’m back in TEXAS I’ll pick you up and show you what you’re missing #2 glad your GX will appreciate less #3 hopefully you won’t be too upset that my original GX 550 will be worth more than yours. Good luck stay safe keep driving.

You'll likely avoid the brake rotor debacle but other than that I think your getting the same rig. Doubt we'll see any meaningful, (the kind they publish & market) changes til 26/27 at the soonest. It's such a big purchase not to get exactly the spec your after so can't blame you for passing on the deal.
