Our Premium Plus had a rattling front passenger door since day one. Sometimes its louder, sometimes its faint, sometimes its quiet, but when it appears, its annoying. When we play music with deep bass, it becomes more apparent, like there is a lose screw or object behind or near the door. Car has been in the dealership for a week and they are waiting on Lexus for some answers.

Not disappointed, as I expect us first generation owners know what we are getting into buying a newly designed vehicle. Just curious if anyone else has rattling doors and what was the fix?

Yes, I tried so many different things to isolate the sound. It was passenger door behind the arm rest area. It was driving me crazy. I took it it the dealership and they heard it as well. They worked on it for 4 hours, and eventually fixed it. I think it had something to do with the door handle and latch mechanism, they did not document any details in the paperwork

Just got our GX back from the dealership. It was the same problem as yours. There was something loose within the inside front passenger door handle/latch They even brought in a Lexus factory tech to check and test drive. I don't think this is a coincidence but I am sure they will fix it on newer GXs :)

Glad they found the issue and fixed it. Sounds identical to issue/fix with my passenger door. No problems since, was fixed about 2 months ago
