Now that the slow summer broil has stopped in Arizona and we have a bit of moisture in the air, my brakes are always squealing in reverse. Time to call the dealer and start pushing for brake fix and hood flutter fix.

My dealer said the same.but they only send one break kit a week
Check for a gold dot on the rotors = new partsMy OT was built on November 2, and I took possession a few days ago. My brakes do not squeal. I'm wondering if the new cars have different parts and the issue is fixed? My brakes do not make any noise in reverse.....
My brake have made loud squealing noises since delivery of my GX 550 Overtrail. I have had my car about 3 months. I had similar issues with my 4Runner TRD Off-road with KDSS. The Toyota dealer eventually replaced my brake pads and the noises went away. My Lexus dealer has had my GX for over a week and are now replacing my entire brake system - pads, rotors, even my brake lines. I thought this was excessive, but I have not been told why they are doing a complete brake replacement. Lexus obviously knows more than they are telling me. Hopefully the parts will arrive soon and I will get my GX back and the noises will stop. My GX has approximately 2500 miles on it.
Your dealer should have the info on the brake replacement TSB or recall. Not sure which it is but either way Lexus is slowly getting updated pad/rotor sets out to dealers for replacement under warranty. Taking mine in soon for the same issue.Hello my overtrail plus did 2204 miles and started to make a loud squeaky noise. It rained a few weeks ago and vehicle is parked indoors. The noise is persistent each time I start the vehicle but brakes are dry
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Would replacing the brake pads and rotors help?
I am going to Sewell Lexus
