Any idea how many Avg GX 550 they receiving every month?
No idea, Sewell Lexus up here in Dallas seems like they get 10 - 12 allocations a month. Maybe a little more. At least that what it looked like a few months ago when I was paying attention. That is, a few months ago before I got my GX. :)

Can dealer put someone ahead of me?
I would certainly expect so, assuming you didn't enter into a contract with your dealer when you signed up that stated otherwise. Best to reach out to your sales associate and get the answers to where you are on the wait list and how long it should be.

No i gave my name, i put 2500$ deposit and have all papers

Probably too late to be of much use, but my experience was a bit of a struggle:

I was on 6 wait lists from early June. 2 in Utah, 3 in Colorado (one with $500 deposit), and 2 in New Mexico. About half of them argued and initially stated “no, you’re not in our local sales area”. Once I explained that there IS no Lexus dealer around here that helped. Even one of the CO dealers said “no, some of the other dealers are closer to you..”. I pointed out that US 50 was mostly closed for bridge work, I was equidistant, blah, blah..they finally relented. I even asked one dealer if they would ‘mind’ if I made contact with Lexus USA to figure out how to get onto a local sales area!! 😳. It seemed to work. 😉

I made phone contact with all 6 a couple times. The 2nd time I updated (broadened) my wish list.
Late Sept, early Oct..I happened to be in Albuquerque with the ‘Benz for a routine service check and made the effort to go visit the Lexus guy there. He was very amenable and eager, very nice. (I had visited the C. Springs dealer just a few weeks earlier.)
Couple weeks later Albuquerque contacted me and said they had an Incognito OT on the way. Said take a few weeks to think about it.

So went down that path. The next bridge to cross was calculation and collection of both CO sales tax and registration for my address. They REALLY wanted to do that. Long story short.. I pointed out my 2017 ‘Benz purchase in Albuquerque, and my 2022 Arizona purchase (delivered to CO) of the Sequoia were both handled by my local CO DMV. I provided a DMV contact and email and a release letter from my lender; all that together solved it. I took delivery a few days before Christmas. And paid everything here locally!

Good luck to everyone still waiting!!

Possible slow down with the model year switch over. But still seems surprising to me. Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, deposit refundable if i would like to walk away. Just got email from sales, saying that the car is not build yet. I keep asking him, how many people in front of me

The dealership I have worked most closely just started putting up their '25 builds today. Hopefully some movement.

How long you have been waiting for? I’m about to start exploring other options .
I got on my first list in late June with no allocations. Another in August with an allocation offered in December but they had about $2k in unnecessary add ons and undervalued my trade compared to multiple other offers by another $2k and wasn't my ideal configuration so I passed.

I have been in touch with a dealership in FL that ships nationwide and does it at MSRP with no dealer add ons. If they have my first choice, I will likely move forward. It will be about $1200 extra for shipping but might be worth it. Happy to pass along my salesperson's email if you DM me with caveat that I haven't actually purchased anything from them.
