Has anyone DIYd their wescott leveling kit using only jack stand? How was the experience? Any recs? Im not sure I want to spend $800 to get it installed lol.

Haven’t installed the Westcott kit but I have done the Peak Suspension top spacer (front only) kit with my dad on a lift and it was a major pain bolting the control arm back on the spindle. This took the longest for us to do during the install. I’m sure it’s possible to do on jack stands but would be very annoying.

How long did it take you? The concern is I have to finish within 5 hours lol
I would never go into a new project like this with a limited "have to finish" time window.
if you have a spring compressor, have all the correct tools to do it, and have done suspension work before, 5 hours should be enough time.
If this is your first time doing it, $800 will seem like nothing when you are 4 hrs in and unable to put your GX back together.
