The SmartAccess card key comes with the digital key option. You won’t have it if your car doesn’t have this option.

The digital key option also gives you the ability to use your phone as a key via the Lexus app.

Thats what I don’t get. I use the Lexus app to lock/unlock/start my GX OT. I don’t have the SmartAccess Card tho

That was a question I had is the card is this standard with all versions of GX or only with the luxury?

They gave me a card. I have premium +. Told me it works like fob but can’t unlock doors or rear.

Being able to use the app to lock/unlock/start your car isn’t digital key (those are just remote functions). Digital key is the ability to use your phone as a key. No fob or card required. You can walk up to the car, unlock it, start it, and go just like you had your fob on you.
