Has anyone come up with a good way to mount your phone? There is very little storage in the cockpit, so it would be nice to have the phone up out of the way.

I have the ram mount with the mag safe attachment on my windshield right now. I didn’t want to put any adhesive on my dash to hold the arms.

Here's what I did

How do you actually have this mounted there?
I just bought the mount, peeled the paper off the adhesive tape, carefully lined it up and pressed it on there. It works great there as long as I don't want to use the front cup holder for a drink. It will work with a water bottle, but it's not great if you have a large Chick fil A cup.

Got it! Didn’t realize it was adhesive based, thanks

I have a Qi2 magnetic charger purchased from Amazon stuck in that wasted area around the 12v plug. I used Gorilla double-side tape and it is stuck on there tight. I had to move the Qi2 charger over a bit when I purchased the slightly larger iphone 16 and I couldn't believe how hard it was to pull the charger off the plastic there. I have a Thinborne carbon fiber magnetic case and it clicks right into place and hold tight. My last iphone 12 didn't have a case with a magnet in it and it didn't stick as well. The phone sits a couple mm above the cup holder sliding cover and doesn't interfere with it at all (not that I use the cover anyway). It also isn't in the way of any cups or drinks that you put in that back holder. I like it there because I can scroll through my phone with it mounted if needed. Also, the 12v socket cover still slides down and you can use the socket - I used it this past weekend to plug in the compressor for an air mattress while camping.

Anyone have any idea on where one could add a RAM Mount. We use a Garmin Thread with RV software and Satellite communicator. Some States don't allow window mounts. Wondering if this track rail could be mounted dash shelf next to the 14" display.

I have the BRCOVAN motorcycle fort stem mount 1'' ram base in the lighter hole. Going to the MagSafe 1" ram. I chose to put a piece of rubber in the bottom of the lighter hole, but you can pull the fuse or disconnect it.

@Robkelhare, your mount and setup looks pretty good for your phone. .To be clear, it's a motorcycle fork mount that fits snugly into you Cig lighter hole.

My Garmin 10" Tread GPS weighs 32.8 ounces or 930 grams and uses a 1.5 inch ball mount, C-size. I could probably change that to a 1" ball. I have the tough track mounted to my dash on my Jeep GC and it is very secure. Still waiting on my white GX OT+.

Seems BRCOVAN does not really have website and sells via EBay & Amazon as complete kits.
