I was unable to find a clear answer. I am looking at either 265/60R22 or 295/55R22 which are both close to 35x. Before I order I wanted to verify there will be no rub with a westcott lift

There would be rubbing with both of those. The Westcott lift won't fix the tire touching the front and rear of the wheel well - you'll need to remove the rear safety bracket (three bolts per side from memory) and loosen then move forward the front fender (or lightly cut it down).

See this video for reference (specifically 8 minutes in):

Probably best to contact Westcott directly and asked them. I'm sure they can provide a direct, conclusive answer. I wanted to retain the original wheels for the Overtrail so they suggested 285/70R18 with 1" spacers to keep the tires from rubbing. They thought 285/75R18 would be a bit too large.

Hey Klint I decided to go with Goodyear Wrangler ATs 275/60r/20 (little over 33” tall) for my premium+ (kept stock wheels, will soon paint all blk) threw them on after I installed the Westcott lift earlier today and I have zero rubbing at all.
Here’s a few pics for reference.
