How do you figure that?^^ I won’t understand this fad…it makes the vehicle look cheap
It just does. Do you see anyone dulling the finish on a diamond or jewelry? How do you figure that?
To each their own. If he likes it thats all that matters^^ I won’t understand this fad…it makes the vehicle look cheap
Yes. My wedding band is satin finised platinum. It just does. Do you see anyone dulling the finish on a diamond or jewelry?
If someone wants to pay to have a matte paint job or the look of it have at it.
Mine is satin cobaltYes. My wedding band is satin finised platinum.
Pretty cool to see the radar antennas. Thanks for posting these!Picked ours up after the full front and side XPEL PPF clear. Had all trim stripped to allow for full panel rust protection otherwise they would cut film at fenders. Exciting seeing the lines without the plastic trim.
You are a brave one to have allowed the installers to remove all the trim and lights etc and then hopefully put them back on properly. I think I am too OCD to do that!Picked ours up after the full front and side XPEL PPF clear. Had all trim stripped to allow for full panel rust protection otherwise they would cut film at fenders. Exciting seeing the lines without the plastic trim.
Thanks for posting that picture, I have HF-7 in silver on my Corvette C8 and love the design. I believe they copied the design from their more expensive all forged series, to make them more affordable for the hybrid forged series. It really pops in silver. I was never a big black rim fan, as I find the design fades away, however I am considering to purchase the GX in Caviar and would definitely do black. I am just soaking in the look of your truck with that picture and it looks awesome !!!I've seen this thread pinned on a lot of other forums I've been a part of in the past and it's a good way to share what you've done with your rig for the day. Could be a mod, an adventure, anything.
I'll start.
Today had 22" Vossen HF-7 on 285/45 Nitto Terra Grapplers mounted and installed.
Excuse the dirty car, lots of rain in the PNW

Thanks! I'm loving it. I did not initially raise it but have since leveled it out with a spacer up front. There is another picture in this thread of mine leveled out. Thanks for posting that picture, I have HF-7 in silver on my Corvette C8 and love the design. Since the tires still seem low profile, assuming you did not raise the suspension, as that would only be required if you wanted to go with a higher profile to have more rubber.
This past Saturday I went out to Northwest OHV Park for a guided green trail run. I had a blast using the GX for what it was designed.
Agreed - the view made it easy to place the GX and the camera screen was also very helpful in knowing exactly where the wheel were in respect to any rocks or holes.Great!
The view out the windshield in the GX is excellent. It is much easier to place the SUV than the new 4Runner where the hood is just too high and obstructs the view very greatly.
Wow, I don't think I'd be brave enough for all the trim to come off. Dumb question, how does the full panel panel allow for better rust protection?Picked ours up after the full front and side XPEL PPF clear. Had all trim stripped to allow for full panel rust protection otherwise they would cut film at fenders. Exciting seeing the lines without the plastic trim.
