Someone please help me understand why my GX beeps 9 times when I lock the doors. What is the warning and how do I find the warnings menu. I don't see anything in the OM concerning the beeps.

Rear Seat Reminder. It activates any time you’ve opened the rear doors and beeps when you lock the car.

Ok soooo what's the solution and cause . With the exception of rear seat being occupied.
Ours happens when you open a rear door to place something inside. When you arrive at your destination and lock up without opening the rear door again it beeps to remind alert you a child might still be in the back seat. Thanks Lexus, it's just my dry cleaning.
I disabled the rear seat alert in the settings and my kids' car seats no longer cause the incessant beeping. I do however still get daily alerts to check the back seat from the digital key on my phone - can't have it all, I guess!
I think you can, program the second key with her profile and it should keep the settings, even move the seat to her position automatically. She just has to use that same key each time. I've never really cared about profiles so never tried it, but my BMW does that.
